Real Estate, JV-Equity Investments Teams Close $1B Plus Joint Acquisition on Behalf of PCCP
The New York Real Estate and Joint Venture / Equity Investment Practice Groups of Windels Marx are pleased to have served as counsel to PCCP LLC in its joint acquisition, with Stonemont, of 38 industrial properties from Blackstone Inc.’s Link Logistics.
With a value in excess of $1 billion, the portfolio of properties stretch from coast to coast in the U.S., including: California, Nevada, Phoenix, Arizona, Austin and Dallas, Texas, Central Florida, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
