Experience
Nataniel concentrates his practice on real estate and finance transactions, representing commercial banks, investment banks, and insurance companies in a broad range of lending matters. He also advises clients on real estate acquisitions, leasing, and preferred equity transactions.
In addition to his real estate and finance practice, Nataniel has counseled clients on a wide range of regulatory and transactional matters within the insurance industry. He has represented domestic and international insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage disputes, including matters involving reinsurance, excess liability, commercial general liability, directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability, and aviation liability. He has also advised attorneys and law firms throughout the United States on issues relating to professional responsibility.
Prior to joining Windels Marx, Nataniel practiced at both Am Law 100 and boutique law firms.
Nataniel is fluent in Russian.
