- Member of the team that represented PCCP LLC in its joint acquisition with Stonemont of a portfolio of 38 industrial properties from Blackstone Inc.’s Link Logistics, valued in excess of $1 billion, with properties located in California, Nevada, Phoenix, Arizona, Austin and Dallas, Texas, Central Florida, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Member of the team that represented SCALE Lending as the senior lender in a $245 million mortgage loan encumbering a Miami, FL property, owned by an affiliate of Terra Group, for the construction of a 47-acre mixed-use, multi-family development in Miami's Sweetwater neighborhood.
