Cook, Conboy and Team Rep SCALE Lending in $245 Million Loan for Miami Development

Partners Wayne S. Cook, Jr. and Jack Conboy led the team that represented SCALE Lending as the senior lender in a $245 million mortgage loan encumbering a Miami, FL property, owned by an affiliate of Terra Group, for the construction of a 47-acre mixed-use, multi-family development in Miami's Sweetwater neighborhood.
