Ryan Forman is an Associate in the New York office of Windels Marx. Ryan focuses his practice on a wide range of complex commercial real estate and real estate finance matters, including the representation of regional and national clients, REITs, and investment funds in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of multi-family, office, industrial, hotel and other classes of real estate assets throughout New York and the United States.
Prior to joining Windels Marx, Ryan was an associate at Greenberg Traurig LLP and Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. He was a Law Clerk in the New York State Supreme Court for the Honorable Ellen M. Spodek, JSC.

- Represented developer in connection with a $305M construction loan for a ground up NYC development project.
- Represented developer in connection with a $155M bridge loan for a completed development project.
- Represented developer in connection with a $97M bridge loan for completed development project.
- Represented a publicly traded hospitality group in connection with in its $800M acquisition of Texas resort.
- Represented developer in connection with a $400M construction loan for a ground up NYC project.
- Represented large international hotel owner/operator in its $400M acquisition of a historic hotel property in Boston.
- Represented international student housing provider in its acquisition, with financing, of a portfolio of properties spanning 14 different states and totaling over $400M.
