Experience

Benjamin Hirschler is Special Counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group. He represents various financial institutions and real estate operators in connection with acquisitions, sales, financing and refinancing of commercial properties.

Ben handles a range of financing structures for financial institutions and investment banks, real estate investment trusts, and other institutional lenders. Prior to joining the firm, Ben represented lenders in syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, including secured and unsecured facilities, and represented landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing transactions.

Representative Matters

Member of the team that represented PCCP LLC in its joint acquisition with Stonemont of a portfolio of 38 industrial properties from Blackstone Inc.’s Link Logistics, valued in excess of $1 billion, with properties located in California, Nevada, Phoenix, Arizona, Austin and Dallas, Texas, Central Florida, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
