New Brunswick Team Reps Montclair Public Library in its NJEDA CAFE Program Application
Windels Marx is pleased to have served as counsel to the Montclair Public Library & Cultural Center in its successful application to the NJEDA Cultural Arts Facilities Expansion (CAFE) Program for its Montclair Public Library & Cultural Center Project. The Project includes up to $36.6 million in CAFE tax credits for the renovation and expansion of its Main and Bellevue Avenue branches. This landmark funding will enable comprehensive infrastructure improvements—including a FabLab, STEAM discovery lab, and accessibility upgrades—and will transform the space and its programming into modernized cultural anchors for the community. The team included Charles B. Liebling, Julie R. Tattoni and Rushabh J. Soni from our New Brunswick, NJ office, who provide counsel on a range of economic incentive programs in New Jersey, including programs within the New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020.
