Charles Hamilton Represents Boyce Technologies, Inc. on $20M Acquisition

On April 12, 2016 Boyce Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of mass transit communications systems located in Long Island City, New York, acquired new manufacturing facilities for the expansion of the company's operations at 47-22 Pearson Place, Long Island City (Queens). The total project cost is approximately $20,000,000. The New York City Industrial Development Agency (NYCIDA) and the Bridgehampton National Bank provided approximately $16,500,000 of the overall financing for the acquisition, construction, renovation, furnishing and equipping of the facility.

Boyce Technologies, Inc. was represented by Charles J. Hamilton, Jr., and several other Windels Marx attorneys including: Debbie Bindler, Scott Matthews, Michael Moriarty, David Glanz, Wendy Lee, Alan Landzberg, Christopher Seamster, Paul Greco and Daniel Landau, with assistance from Susan Weiner.
