Cook, Conboy and Team Represent SCALE Lending in $305 Million Construction Loan for Bronx Property

Wayne S. Cook, Jr. and Jack Conboy, together with support from David Glanz and Jodi Sokol, represented SCALE Lending, the debt financing arm of Slate Property Group, in a $305 million construction loan to Beitel Group for a multifamily project located at 355 Exterior Street in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx, NY. The project included ground-up construction of connected 40-story and 26-story residential towers totaling 515,000 square feet and 755 rental units.
