Aryana Badery is an Associate in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group and focuses on commercial and insurance litigation and related matters.
Ms. Badery represents clients in a range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract actions, construction litigation, loan workout and foreclosure matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, director and officer litigation, and fraud and RICO litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Randal C. Chiocca for the New Jersey State Judiciary Superior Court. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
