Experience
Bill has more than a decade of experience advising a wide range of clients including real estate developers, commercial and private landlords and tenants, business owners, lenders, borrowers, and real estate investment trusts.
His practice focuses in the areas of contracts, letters of intent, portfolio management, asset acquisition and disposition, construction agreements, mortgage originations and refinancings, joint venture and operating agreements, and more. He is particularly proficient in drafting and negotiating leases, including agreements for retail, office, and warehouse assets.
Prior to joining Windels Marx, Bill practiced at prominent law firms in both New York and New Jersey. While in law school, he was the Senior Business and Articles Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
