Rod Honecker Named a Fellow to the Litigation Counsel of America
Congratulations to Partner, Rodman E. Honecker, on being named a Fellow to the presitgious Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). The LCA is an invitation-only, peer-selected network of 3,500 trial lawyers who represent clients across North America and around the world. LCA Fellows make up less than one-half of 1% of American lawyers.
LCA's mission is to recognize experienced and highly qualified lawyers; to provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on trial and litigation practice; to provide additional sources for professional development; to promote superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law; to assist in community involvement by its membership; and to advance a superior judiciary, by taking relevant positions on issues or legislation affecting judicial compensation and/or benefits, as well as those affecting the American litigation processes.

He has successfully tried jury cases to verdict in the Federal District Court and the Superior Court of New Jersey, and prevailed in matters before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division of New Jersey.
