Marky Suazo Named NY State Top 40 Under 40 by National Black Lawyers
Please join us in congratulating Associate Marky Suazo on being named to the "Top 40 Under 40 in New York State" by the National Black Lawyers (NBL).
NBL celebrates legal excellence by "promoting attorneys as subject-matter experts, developing a strong national network of top African-American attorneys, and facilitating the exchange of timely information to enable our members to expand their impact as leaders. It is an invitation-only professional development and networking association and candidates are identified through an objective and uniformly applied multi-phase selection process that includes peer nominations and independent research."
Marky has also been named to the Best Lawyers in America - Ones to Watch (2023-2026) in the category of Commercial Litigation. His practice focuses primarily on disputes related to:
- commercial - including breach of contract, business torts, partnership disputes, shareholder derivative suits, civil RICO claims, and a myriad of issues arising from business matters;
- employment - including defense of discrimination and wage and hour claims;
- real estate - including landlord/tenant matters; and
- healthcare - including defense of doctors in investigations brought by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct.
