Madoff Team Triumphs Again Before U.S. Supreme Court in $3B Overseas Clawback Case

In the case HSBC Holdings et al. v. Irving H. Picard, in which the Madoff trustee recently garnered DOJ support for its efforts to clawback $3B from overseas banks, Law360 reports that the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal of a Second Circuit ruling.
