Andrew Stoecker Elevated to Partner
Windels Marx is pleased to announce Andrew R. Stoecker’s elevation to Partner, effective immediately. Andrew has practiced with the firm since 2019, resident in the New York, NY office.
Andrew represents clients on an array of real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, sales, development, land use and redevelopment. He regularly assists lenders, purchasers, and sellers with navigating the process of acquiring real estate, construction and project financing, asset based financing, as well as industrial and housing development, and loan syndication. He has substantial transactional experience representing financial institutions and major development companies, particularly in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew counseled clients in middle market commercial real estate financing, documentation and deal coordination. He has substantial transactional as well as zoning experience representing financial institutions and major development companies.
Andrew’s work has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Real Estate Law (2023-2026) and Mergers and Acquisitions Law (2026). He received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law (2013). He also has an M.B.A. from Hofstra University (2013) and a B.A. from SUNY Oneonta (2010). He is licensed to practice in New York.
