Altman, Matthews Successfully Secure Dismissal of Fraud Claims with Prejudice

Gabriel Altman and Scott R. Matthews successfully secured dismissal, with prejudice, in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, on behalf of an employee of a real estate investment firm accused of fraud pertaining to loans the plaintiff investor made into real estate ventures offered by her former employer. The Court held that, “the complaint lacks the requisite factual allegations to state a claim for fraud and fraudulent inducement . . .
