Shanni Lynch is an Associate, resident in the New York, NY office. Her practice focuses in the areas of financial transactions, public finance and not-for-profit, as well as real estate. She was previously a law clerk at Windels Marx and assisted with many aspects loan documents -- from origination of the matter to its closing.
Prior to Windels Marx, Ms. Lynch held various legal and administrative positions at area law firms.

She was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society (Trial Division); The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi; the Intellectual Property Law Association; the Black Law Students Association (Secretary); and was a NEBLSA Mock Trial Finalist.
