Experience

Nancy O'Donnell is an accomplished banking and finance attorney with extensive experience representing national and regional lenders in sophisticated commercial lending and real estate finance transactions. She has a proven track record managing all aspects of complex credit facilities—originations, modifications and workouts—including syndicated, construction and asset-based loans across diverse sectors and jurisdictions. She is adept at advising institutional clients on structuring, documenting and closing high-value transactions secured by real estate, business assets or equity interests. Nancy is a trusted legal partner with deep insight into risk management, regulatory compliance and strategic execution in middle-market and large-scale financing matters.

In addition to her private practice at several midsize and boutique law firms in the tristate region, for nearly a decade Nancy was inhouse counsel at a prominent bank where she held numerous leadership and high-volume transactional responsibilities, including retaining a $1 billion loan portfolio.

While in law school, Nancy was a Board of Trustees Merit Scholar, a Co-Chair Appointments Committee Member and an ABA and SBA Member. As an undergraduate, she was an Academic Scholarship Recipient.
