Experience
Michael is an Associate, resident in the New Brunswick, NJ office. His practice incorporates litigation and related commercial disputes.
Prior to Windels Marx, Michael was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Kevin M. Shanahan, A.J.S.C. (Ret.), New Jersey Superior Court (Somerville, NJ), where he reviewed motions, oppositions, replies and correspondence; conducted legal research; and drafted legal opinions, among other responsibilities. He was also a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Jamie D. Happas, P.J.Cv. (Ret.), New Jersey Superior Court (New Brunswick, NJ).
In addition, he was a Summer Associate in the New Jersey office of a large civil defense litigation law firm, and he was a Summer Law Clerk at a New Jersey personal injury law firm.
While at Seton Hall University School of Law, Michael was a Distinguished Scholar (merit-based full tuition scholarship). He was the Treasurer of the Labor and Employment Law Forum, a Research Fellow in the Seton Hall Center for Policy Research and participated in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Housing Clinic, as well as the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition. Michael also particpated in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Deposition Skills Program.
At Rutgers University, he was Pi Sigma Alpha - Political Honor Society.
