Experience
Kelly Fitzgerald is an Associate, resident in the New York office. Her practice focuses on real estate and corporate matters.
Prior to Windels Marx, Kelly was as Associate in a midsize law firm where she assisted clients on an array of corporate matters, including (but not limited to): drafting limited liability company operating agreements, SEC compliance filings, and M&A documents. In addition, she prepared terms and conditions, privacy policies and end-user license agreements for mobile applications and websites.
She also provided counsel in litigation matters, including constitutional issues, breach of contract and other business tort actions.
Throughout law school, Kelly clerked at litigation firms in New York. She received the Bronze Public Service Award for her pro bono work at The Safe Center Long Island.
