Experience
Brenden is Special Counsel, resident in the New York office. His litigation practice involves extensive experience in commercial foreclosures, real estate disputes, partition actions, title litigation, UCC foreclosures and sales, Note and Guaranty recovery, contract disputes, and general judgment enforcement. He is a court-qualified fiduciary as both Temporary Receiver and Court Appointed Referee.
On transactional matters, Brenden's experience includes leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, partnership formations and/or dissolutions, and general commercial transactions.
Prior to Windels Marx, he was the Principal Attorney at Mahoney Law PLLC. Prior to that, he practiced at boutique real estate and litigation law firms in the New York area.
