Ryan Federer, Howard Wang Promoted to Partner

Windels Marx is pleased to announce the promotion of both Ryan Federer and Hua Howard Wang to Partner. 


Ryan Federer is resident in the New Brunswick, NJ office. His practice focuses on commercial foreclosures, loan workouts, creditor’s rights cases, and the adjudication of rights under commercial leases. He represents lenders, financial institutions, owners, property managers and lessees through all aspects of a dispute from inception through redemption, sale, trial, or other disposition. He also has extensive experience representing individuals, businesses, government entities and not-for-profit organizations in all manner of complex commercial litigations, including business disputes, breach of contract claims, consumer fraud actions, employment disputes and professional liability matters. Ryan received his JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his BA, Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, from Loyola College. Ryan is admitted to practice in NJ, NY and the US District Court for the District of NJ.


Howard Wang is resident in the Madison, NJ office. His practice focuses on patent litigation and opinion work related to pharmaceutical, medical device and chemical fields, and has practiced with us since 2019 when he joined with the IP-Hatch Waxman Practice Group from Budd Larner. He represents clients in complex patent litigations, particularly Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) litigations, and has obtained favorable judgments or settlements for the clients. In these litigations, Howard has handled patent disputes involving a broad range of pharmaceutical subject matters, including drug compound, composition, formulation (oral, injectable and other dosage forms), polymorph, impurity, pharmacokinetics, administration and method of use. Howard received his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law, an MS from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BS from the University of Science and Technology of China. He is licensed to practice in NJ, NY, the US District Court for the District of NJ, the USPTO and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
