Matt, Chairman of Windels Marx's Transportation Practice Group, is President of the International Association of Transportation Regulators (IATR), a Distinguished Lecturer at the City University of New York's Transportation Research Center and former Commissioner and Chair of the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC).
