Windels Marx is pleased serve as counsel to Torchlight Investors on their successful $112.5 million refinancing to the owners of the Ace Hotel Brooklyn. Jared Rosen (Partner) led a team including Associates Amy MacSporran, Gladys Li and Ashley Tibbett. The funds will be used to retire existing senior debt and preferred equity.
