Steve Calogero, Tanya Mascarich Represent Insurance Company in Asbestos Related Case

As reported by Law360, the New Jersey Supreme Court recently agreed to review a decision that Honeywell International Inc. does not have to assist in covering costs tied to certain asbestos-related injury suits filed after insurers started excluding asbestos coverage. St. Paul Fire, Marine Insurance Co. and Travelers Casualty were granted a petition for certification this past Monday in their bid to overturn the decision by a state appellate panel in July. The insurers have been in an ongoing battle with Honeywell International Inc. regarding liability claims over alleged injuries cause by “asbestos-containing brake and clutch pads” produced by Honeywell predecessor Bendix, Corp. Steve Calogero and Tanya Mascarich are representing St. Paul and Travelers in this case.
