Matt Daus was quoted in a March 11th Denver Business Journal article after testifying at a Colorado Public Utilities Commission on proposed transportation rule changes. Matt, president of the International Association of Transportation Regulators, testified that "it's a good idea to consider licensing transportation brokers and apps companies, perhaps separately from taxis".
