The June 13th edition of The New Jersey Journal of Banking quoted Bob Schwartz (Partner, New Brunswick) in an article entitled "Court Case May Up Banks' E-Security Obligations". In the aftermath of a recent court case involving a bank's online security practices, Bob commented on measures that companies should take to prevent breaches of their bank accounts:

  • "Companies should also restrict the availability of their security codes, and should periodically monitor their bank and other accounts."

Bob's practice focuses on regulatory, M&A and securities law for the banking and other industries. He was named to NJ Biz's "Power 50 Banking" list, which is an annual review of New Jersey's banking industry leaders.
