Christine A. Gustafson Joins Windels Marx as Tax Counsel

We are pleased to announce that Christine A. Gustafson has joined the firm as Tax Counsel, resident in the Madison, NJ office.
Christine provides tax counseling, consulting, compliance services and defense of same. She is a noted thought leader on state tax matters and is well versed in federal tax matters. Her experience also includes counseling clients on matters pertaining to FIN 48 and FAS 5, as well as matters involving process improvement. She has also counseled numerous clients on tax aspects of transactional issues, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and spin-offs.
