Rebecca Neubauer is an Associate, resident in the Madison, NJ office, where she focuses her practice on Hatch-Waxman Act matters.
Prior to Windels Marx, Ms. Neubauer practiced at prominent, globally-positioned law firms where she represented clients in all stages of patent litigation, including patents involving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, electromechanical and medical device technologies. She has litigated a range of patent matters in Federal District Court and Patent Trial and Appeal (PTAB) proceedings, in addition to contract cases and appeals to the Federal Circuit.
