Experience
Peter Sceusa is an accomplished commercial real estate lawyer, specializing in providing counsel to lending institutions and private lenders in their commercial mortgage matters. He has extensive knowledge of and experience in commercial lending, commercial mortgages, banking law and real estate law.
He has closed in recent years a significant volume of commercial loans, which range from small business loans to multimillion-dollar transactions. He has successfully negotiated and drafted complex loan documents, conducted due diligence, and resolved title issues.
Prior to Windels Marx, Peter was General Counsel of a development and property management company. Prior to that, he maintained a private practice at several boutique and prominent law firms in the New York region. For more than 20 years, Peter founded and has operated a full-service commercial real estate practice under his own name.
