Experience
Michelle focuses her practice in real estate and financial transactions. She represents financial institutions and non-profits in complex financing transactions, including commercial real estate financing (acquisition, permanent and construction mortgage financing), and corporate financing. She is involved in the negotiation and drafting of a variety of transactional documents.
Prior to joining Windels Marx, Ms. Gitlen was an Associate at a prominent New Jersey law firm. She was a judicial intern to The Hon. Daniel D'Alessandro, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part (2018).
While in law school, she was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review.
