Experience

Caryn Cross is a seasoned attorney specializing in intellectual property litigation, including Hatch-Waxman cases. She has experience at both the district court and appellate levels and has represented clients across a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and chemical inventions.

Caryn guides clients through all phases of litigation—from developing pre-litigation strategy to managing fact and expert discovery, claim construction, motion practice, trial, and appeals. She has a keen ability to unravel the complexities of patent disputes and resolve them efficiently, while also identifying creative business solutions along the way.

Prior to joining Windels Marx, Caryn practiced at several boutique litigation and IP law firms in both New York and Texas.
