Frank Quinn and Ellen Kaplan Serve as Agent's Counsel on $50 million Syndicated Credit Facility for Internationally Renowned Professional Education and Trade Organization

Windels Marx represented a leading lender as agent's counsel in connection with a $50 million senior syndicated credit facility. The deal closed on September 27, 2011.

The lending syndicate is comprised of three national lending institutions, each with substantial lending operations in the New Jersey market. The borrower is a New Jersey headquartered, internationally recognized professional education and trade organization, and is also the world-wide source for industrial standards for the electrical engineering profession.

Windels Marx also served as counsel to the lead arranger in connection with the loan syndication effort. The deal team was led by Frank Quinn (Partner, New Brunswick) and Ellen Kaplan (Associate, New Brunswick).
