Angela is an Associate, resident in the New York office. Her practice focuses on representing domestic and international clients including banks, private lenders, corporations and developers in various financings, leases, development, debt offerings, restructurings and related matters.
Her commercial real estate experience includes representing purchasers and sellers of multi-family and mixed-use dwellings, warehouses, commercial office spaces, development sites and land. In residential matters, she represents sponsors in condominium sales, as well as purchasers and sellers of cooperative and condominium units, townhouses and single-family dwellings.
Angela is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
