Justin's practice focuses on advising national and multinational companies on complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as supply and distribution transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. He also advises clients on various employment and labor-related issues.
Prior to Windels Marx, Justin practiced at boutique and midsize law firms in the New York area, including in a litigation capacity.
While in law school, he was a member on the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. While at Hofstra University, Justin was a participant in its Legal Education Acceleration Program (LEAP).
