Brandon Ross concentrates his practice in areas of financial transactions and real estate finance.
Mr. Ross represents banks, financial institutions and other real estate lenders in commercial real estate financing and corporate financing. His practice involves documenting loan transactions at origination and modification, as well as performing title review, organizational due diligence and review of commercial leases and contracts of sale.
Additionally, Brandon has experience representing a statewide housing recovery program in varying real estate transactions from inception to closing, and in post-closing program compliance matters. While attending the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Brandon served as Managing Editor of Staff of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and Vice President of the Hofstra Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
