Bruce Bronster (Partner, New York) was quoted in an article published by Food Dive entitled "The gig economy: Exciting opportunities, substantial risk for food manufacturers." The article describes the way in which employers within the food service industry are seeking non-traditional employees. These individuals make up the gig economy; an environment where assignment based, temp work is delegated on an "as needed" basis.
