Announcement - Don Abraham Joins as Special Counsel, Adds to Tax Lien Ranks

We are pleased to announce that Don Abraham has joined the firm as Special Counsel, resident in the New York office.

Don practices in the area of Tax Lien & Mortgage Foreclosure litigation on behalf of financial institutions, real estate developers and mortgage servicers, as well other general commercial litigation.

Partner Bruce F. Bronster leads the Tax Lien & Mortgage Foreclosure Group and said, "I've known Don as a fellow practitioner and friend for many years. He's a formidable commercial litigator with a solid track record. We're pleased to have him on the team."

His career experience also incorporates an array of commercial disputes, which he has litigated in federal and state courts and in arbitration forums. In this regard, he has represented insurance brokers and agents, hedge funds, fund managers, real estate brokers and agents, financial consultants, high-tech companies, web companies, real estate developers, construction contractors, luxury brand retailers, jewelry companies, manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, corporate officers and managers, small businesses, and accountants.

Prior to joining Windels Marx, Don was Counsel at other prominent law firms in New York. While in law school, he was a member of the New York Law School Law Review.
