Article - Law360 Quotes Bruce Bronster on Post-Olympics Fate of Sochi Hotels

Bruce Bronster (Partner, New York) spoke to Law360 for a February 10th article about issues that Russia-owned banks with stakes in Sochi hotels may have in selling off the properties after the Olympics:

  • "I think it will be interesting to see the way it plays out because there are obviously problems."

Bruce and others did note, however, that "Russia could take additional proactive steps to deal with concerns of shabbily built properties and oversupply to help put Sochi hotels on the best footing possible before unloading the properties."

"Sometimes, if you build it, they will come," Bronster said.
