In the January 15th edition of Law360, Bruce Bronster (Partner, New York) explained why the upcoming Super Bowl may not have as much of an impact on hotels and real estate in New York and New Jersey as it typically would on smaller cities:

  • "It's not that the event is too small, it's that the city is too capable. This might hit a city like Indianapolis or Tampa or a smaller city in a much more impactful way, [but] we can accommodate it very, very easily."
