Case Development - David Graff Successfully Defends CEO in Case with Issues of First Impression

David Graff (alumnus) successfully defended the CEO of an international manufacturer, distributor, and marketer of infant products against a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit advancing myriad type securities fraud claims.

The United States District Court, District of New Jersey dismissed the lawsuit at the pleading stage, holding the Plaintiff failed to meet its burden under the Private Litigation Securities Reform Act and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
