Brad Simon in Times of London, Tatler on Maxwell Case
Partner Brad Simon spoke recently to the Times of London regarding the high profile case of Ghislaine Maxwell. In their July 29th article (subscription required) entitled "Prosecutors seek to block Ghislaine Maxwell naming 'victims'," Brad said that the defense was likely to oppose the publication of [sensitive evidence] because they would have nothing to do with the charges against Ms Maxwell, while the prosecutors would seek to protect alleged victims in the case. His comments were subsequently covered by Tatler.
Brad is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, where he prosecuted complex white collar fraud, tax and organized crime cases, and a former Trial Attorney with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he tried cases in federal district courts throughout the United States.
