Henry "Hank" Brown has been a registered legislative and administrative lobbyist in Connecticut since 1980. His insurance clients have included national as well as regional writers and risk retention groups. His work with state insurance departments has included product filing issues, market conducts exams, admission, modifications in lines of business,and drafting of Department bulletins and regulations.

Mr. Brown has also represented public utilities and power plant operators on siting issues and statutory and regulatory oversight. His not-for-profit housing experience has included  public and private capital formation, state finance assistance through low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and municipal funding sources. He also has worked with professional sports franchises on capital structuring, facility leases, capital improvements and governance matters.

Mr. Brown has been a director of the annual CFM Football Clinic in Hartford, CT -- the largest event of its type since the clinic's inception. He has also managed the annual Connecticut All Star Football Challenge for the past 15 years. His legislative work in the sports and recreation area has included head injury recognition, return to play protocols and certification of coaches.

Mr. Brown earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Connecticut, as well as Series 63 and 22 Security Licenses.

He served on the Wethersfield Board of Education and Town Committee, as well as several state advisory boards and task forces.
