We are pleased to announce that Brian W. Kreutter and John J. Tepedino have been promoted to Special Counsel.

About Brian W. Kreutter

Brian has been practicing at Windels Marx for 7 years, resident in the New York office. His practice focuses on bankruptcy litigation by representing trustees in connection with chapter 7 and 11 cases. He also handles complex commercial litigation matters. Since 2009, Brian has worked on the Firm's representation of the Trustee for the SIPA liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC. He has a J.D. from New York University School of Law (2002), and a B.A., magna cum laude, from American University (1998).

About John J. Tepedino

John's practice centers on complex commercial disputes and bankruptcy litigation, including as a member of the Firm's team representing the Trustee for the SIPA liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC. Prior to joining the Firm in 2011, John was an associate in the litigation department at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP, defending large financial institutions and other corporate clients in white collar matters and securities litigation. John earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004 and his B.A., cum laude, in Government from Harvard University in 1995.
