Jeanine Margiano Joins Bisnow Affordable Housing Panel
On September 8th, Bisnow will host its annual New York Affordable Housing Summit. Jeanine Margiano (Partner, New York) will moderate a panel of luminaries from the New York affordable housing landscape. This is the third consecutive year that Windels Marx will sponsor the program.
Jeanine represents developers in the construction and development of commercial, mixed-use and residential properties, including affordable and supportive housing projects and skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living facilities. From a lender's perspective, she represents numerous institutional lenders on all aspects of secured and unsecured financings, including direct bond purchases in connection with tax-exempt bond issuances to developers, educational and not-for-profit entities, acquisition and construction loans, traditional financings, including lines of credit, participations, and asset-based loans secured by receivables and inventory. Jeanine is also general counsel to a number of not-for-profit and for-profit companies.
