Case Win - Real Estate Litigation Win Secured in New Jersey Residential Sale Dispute

Craig Gottilla (Associate, New Brunswick) obtained a successful verdict for the buyer in a breach of a residential real estate contract action.
The seller sued the buyer in the Superior Court of New Jersey for breach of contract when the buyer withdrew from the transaction. Following a two day bench trial, the court dismissed the seller's claims and entered judgment in favor of the buyer for the return of their deposit plus costs and attorneys fees.
