New York Real Estate Journal Recognizes Michele Arbeeny and Tina J. Gagliano
The May 22nd edition of the New York Real Estate Journal recognized two of our Real Estate partners, Michele Arbeeny and Tina J. Gagliano, in its "Women in Real Estate 2012."

Excerpt from Michele's profile: "Windels Marx has made a name for itself in new market tax credits, affordable housing development and complex real estate deals. In 2011 and 2012, I led a team of lawyers that represented TD Bank in the Teachers Village deal, which recently broke ground in Newark, NJ. I was thrilled to be involved in a deal of this caliber, which is reshaping both traditional deal structures and communities."

Excerpt from Tina's profile: "The Wyndham Hotel transactions. In 2005 I represented several lenders in the purchase of subordinate loans when Wyndham International Inc. refinanced their debt on 14 hotels. I was involved in several reincarnations of the deal thereafter, namely in 2006 when Blackstone purchased Wyndham, including 30 hotel properties, and again in 2007 when the loan portfolio was refinanced. The complexity of the transactions and the diversity of the properties made it extremely challenging and rewarding, and I was also introduced to several long-term clients."
Both Michele and Tina reside in the New York office.
