JV, Financing Team Help Bring The District at 15fifteen to Life

Windels Marx recently represented PCCP in a joint venture in connection with the $146.6 million acquisition and development of The District at 15fifteen, a mixed-use development in Parsippany, N.J. New York Life provided the financing. Upon completion, the project will be comprised of 498 residential units, 58,866 sf of retail and 1,062 parking spaces, as well as an outdoor central plaza. The team included Partners Rob Rossi and Jared Rosen; Associates included Bianca Costa Rodriguez, Sophia Alvi, Spencer Friedman and Ashley Tibbet. The Firm closed approximately 20 deals for PCCP in the 2022 calendar year.
