Michael Clain was quoted during the May 10th "NJBIZ Gateway to International Trade" event at the Sheraton Meadowlands Hotel & Conference Center, which attracted globally-focused businesses and entrepreneurs interested in trade and export activities via New Jersey and the surrounding areas.

Michael spoke at the event and cautioned, "Companies that are looking to do business overseas need to be aware of trade sanctions and boycotts." He added, "It's easy to unintentionally violate U.S. trade sanctions. For example, the U.S. does not allow you to do business with companies run by Libya's (Muammar) Qaddafi, or by his family."

Windels Marx sponsored the event together with Citibank, J.H. Cohn, and NJBIZ.
