Kayci G. Hines

Associate

Kayci G. Hines is an Associate in the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including bankruptcy, business, and contractual disputes. Ms. Hines also counsels clients regarding general corporate matters, including corporate reorganization and governance.

Ms. Hines has experience with trial and appellate litigation including extensive legal research and writing experience stemming from her service as a law clerk to the Honorable Leo E. Green, Jr. of Prince George’s County (Maryland) Circuit Court.

During law school, Ms. Hines published a paper with the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law and Policy entitled Solar Shift: An Analysis of the Federal Income Tax Issues Associated with the Residential Value of Solar Tariff. Ms. Hines also served as a Senior Editor of the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy, and the Law.
